Insurance & Fees for self pay
Insurance Accepted
We are approved to accept the following insurance companies. Check with your insurance carrier prior to the first visit to verify coverage, co-payment and deductible requirements. This will give you a better understanding to make the process of obtaining mental health wellness easier. We can assist you with this if necessary. Note: Medicaid is accepted as a secondary insurance only.

Initial Intake & Psychotherapy

Minimum of three supervisees
No Show & Late Cancellation
- 48-hour notice is required for canceling appointments.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be billed a fee of $75.
To maintain consistency among all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, or a natural disaster. Life circumstances may arise that make attending sessions ongoing difficult or impossible. Clients with two or more consecutive late cancellations or "no-shows" will be discharged from Peace, Love & Power Counseling Services.
No Surprises Act
Peace, Love & Power Counseling Services can assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network coverage. We can provide you with a superbill.
Under the No Surprises Act, individuals are protected from unexpected medical billing. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost if you decide to see a provider who is not in your insurance network. Our fees are listed, and due to the nature of mental health treatment, the number of sessions is not predetermined
